Hello! I’m Yvonne Nogales, director and mortgage broker at Moreno Finance Solutions, based in beautiful Rye. I specialize in helping first home buyers, small business owners, and families with personalized mortgage solutions, debt consolidation, and refinancing strategies. With nearly five years in the mortgage industry, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through some of their biggest financial milestones.
One of my career highlights was assisting a self-employed, first-time home buyer navigate the First Home Guarantee Scheme—a two-year journey of overcoming saving and income challenges. These kinds of experiences have taught me the value of persistence, empathy, and education, both for my clients and myself.
On a personal note, I’m a soccer mom to two boys, Ethan and Julian, and love dancing to Latin music—it’s my happy place! Like many women, I’ve faced the balancing act of raising a family and building a business, but my passion for helping others keeps me going.
