Lyft Community delivers personalised NDIS and Ageing Well at Home support across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We focus on genuine connection, consistency, and care that feels human. Alongside this, we are building The Weave Foundation: creating spaces for belonging, community, and long-term social impact.
I’m the founder of Lyft Community, a growing organisation delivering personalised support across the NDIS and Ageing Well at Home sectors throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. My professional experience has centred around building a values-led business from the ground up, with a strong focus on leadership, marketing, community engagement, and creating support that feels genuinely human.
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced has been scaling quickly while maintaining culture, quality, and consistency. I’ve learned that strong communication, the right people, and staying deeply connected to your purpose are what hold everything together. Rather than chasing growth alone, I’ve focused on building something sustainable and meaningful.
On a personal level, I’m a mum of four and someone who values an active, balanced lifestyle. I enjoy time outdoors, movement, and creating spaces that feel calm and connected.
I joined Women in Business Mornington Peninsula & Frankston because I believe in the power of women supporting women and building strong local networks. I’m passionate about contributing to a community that is collaborative, forward-thinking, and grounded in real impact, and I hope to bring energy, ideas, and a fresh perspective to the group.
