Ruth Stuettgen, mum of 3, lives on the Mornington Peninsula.  She’s a Business Breakthrough and Corporate Performance Coach, Trainer, Speaker, Hypnotherapist and Author. Ruth is also Founder of inspiredwomanTV and Lunch & Learn for Women in Business. She brings with her more than 30 years experience in the policing, teaching, training and small business industry. She’s founded businesses in Europe and Australia.
Passionate about Women’s Empowerment, Ruth has published ‘From Misery to Mastery – Journey to Freedom and Empowerment’ - helping women rebuild their lives after adversity. This book gives an insight into her experience with a toxic and violent relationship and how she herself coped with it during and after walking away. She spearheaded ‘The Book of Inspiration for Women by Women’ - a coffee table book with daily inspiration by women and girls across the globe. Ruth loves spending time with family and friends. Her passions include reading, personal development, walking, dancing and travelling. She loves teasing and having a good old belly laugh. Ruth is passionate about giving back to her community.
