Lyndall Mitchell is a renowned wellness pioneer and the founder of Aurora Spa Group and ASPAR as well as being a qualified and accredited coach, author of four published books, and a respected commentator in both the Australian and international media landscape.

Dedicated to providing immersive and evidence-based wellness experiences, Lyndall’s more than two decades of experience helming up a thriving ecosystem of wellness businesses culminated with the launch of the state-of-the-art Aurora Spa & Bathhouse. Having opened its doors at The InterContinental Hotel Sorrento in December 2022, the new wellness destination is a flagship spa and bathhouse for Lyndall’s Aurora Spa Group and is inspired by the healing powers of water and ancient European curative water therapies.

Present day, Lyndall continues to offer private coaching to a limited number of clients, including senior executives, business owners and their teams. Lyndall’s executive coaching is a natural extension of her life experience in business and wellness and she offers her clients a deep knowledge of all aspects of wellbeing as well as insights gained from leading a fast-growth retail and wholesale business.
