It is a privilege to be able to work with many talented individuals in my day to day work as a leadership consultant. I am passionate about helping others to see their strengths and harness these for future results. I often hear about the challenges that surround women in terms of the multiple roles (family, business, carer) that they feel pressured to fulfil, often to perfection - this is one of the themes that I explore in my workshops.

The journey that led me to my current work as a facilitator in leadership stems from looking at what truly gives me joy. My first full time role was in Tokyo many years ago and this sparked my curiosity about different and varied perspectives on life and what makes us tick.

I deeply value empathy and kindness and understanding how these qualities can translate to real life action.
I continue to be connected to the broader Mornington Peninsula community through various volunteer projects at schools and community organisations.
