As co-owner of Netfocus IT, Elizabeth McDonald is more motivated than ever to drive impact beyond the norm for small business in our region. Whilst husband, Jason, leads business operations and client outcomes, Elizabeth drives strategy and partnerships with a uniquely #morethantech approach, elevating tech solutions delivery with human-focused intent and future-focused purpose.
Elizabeth brings a distinctly creative lens to leadership and her community contributions. With a background in fine art, design and brand activations, she founded the 'Wells St. Windows' in 2024. Through Netfocus IT’s gallery style street frontage, this space celebrates connections between tech and creativity via collaborations with professional artists, students and community groups. Project inclusion within Frankston’s Street Art Festival and South Side Festival programs for the past two years, campaigns such as the MSFIN ‘Boost their Basics’ donation drive, and student projects with Toorak College and Chisholm's Art & Design faculty have validated the initiative and it's power to 'give forward'.
Paired with a partnership as Apple Authorised Service Provider & Reseller for the region, and the team's strong reputation as Business IT network support & solutions, their overall performance saw Netfocus IT recognition as Business of the Year at the 2025 Frankston Business Chamber’s Business Excellence Awards, and runner up honours in Education Excellence and Collaboration & Partnership Excellence.
Now serving on Frankston’s Arts Advisory Committee and Chisholm Industry Advisory Group (Art & Design plus Business & IT), Elizabeth continues to champion creativity at a strategic level, using rich partnerships across education, government, industry, and the wider community to strengthen the cultural canvas of the region and support where possible, local businesses to do the same.
