With a background spanning workforce development, community engagement, marketing, communication and creative industries, I’ve spent my career helping people find meaningful pathways—whether through education, employment, or creative expression. I’ve worked across private enterprise, government, education, and not-for-profit sectors, with a focus on improving opportunities for young people, especially in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula regions.
One of my biggest professional challenges has been navigating systems that don’t always serve those who need the most support. I’ve learned to advocate, collaborate, and build innovative programs that bridge the gap between young people and opportunity which is also some of my proudest achievements.
Outside of work, I love to cook and am an aspiring artist. Creativity fuels my passion and keeps me connected to our community and my personal growth.
I joined WiB MP because I believe in the power of networks—and in the strength of local women to shape the future our region. I hope to contribute fresh ideas, creative energy, and a commitment to inclusive change.
