Shannon’s session will touch on some of the big financial questions from start to finish across a business journey. From where, who and when to get cash injections, to what to consider in planning and forecasting, how to deal with and prepare for cashflow issues (avoiding pitfalls and remembering tax) and then for our members who are considering the financial implications of integrating social purpose into our work, some tips and insights for how to do this without compromising profits.
