I'm the Co-Founder and Director of FYND Finance, a boutique mortgage brokerage on the Mornington Peninsula that my business partner and I launched in 2023 with a simple goal: to help people make smarter financial decisions while creating a business that genuinely gives back to the community.
Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent more than 10 years as a Chartered Accountant, including several years as Finance Manager for lululemon Australia and New Zealand. Starting a business from scratch has been one of the biggest challenges, but also the most rewarding. Building a trusted brand, leading a growing team and helping hundreds of families achieve their property goals has reinforced that success is built on relationships, not transactions.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum of two and love spending time with my family, travelling, playing golf and cheering on my kids at their sporting events.
I'm grateful to have received industry recognition through national broking awards, but I'm most proud that for every family we help, FYND Finance donates $100 to local charities because we believe business should create positive change.
