I'm the Founding Director and Nutritionist at Sculpt Republic, a health and wellness company helping busy professionals, parents and women build sustainable habits through evidence-based nutrition and fitness coaching.
My career has taken an unconventional path. Before founding Sculpt Republic, I practised as a lawyer and spent over a decade advocating for women and vulnerable communities through leadership roles across the legal, environmental and not-for-profit sectors. I have served as President of Victorian Women Lawyers, held directorships on several boards, represented Australia at international forums, and remain passionate about creating positive social and environmental change.
One of my greatest challenges was navigating my own experiences with chronic pain, mental health struggles and an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. Learning to rebuild my health through education, strength training and self-compassion ultimately inspired the creation of Sculpt Republic.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me lifting heavy in the gym, surfing, exploring the coastline, capturing aerial photography with my drone, travelling, or spending time with our local community on the Mornington Peninsula.
I joined Women in Business Mornington Peninsula because I believe strong communities are built when women support one another. I'm excited to contribute my experience in leadership, governance, advocacy and health while connecting with other purpose-driven business owners who are creating meaningful impact in our region.
