Before stepping into her coaching career, Tessa was a high-level cheerleading and gymnastics coach, where she emphasised the holistic development of athletes both on and off the mat. Her approach focused on building resilience, confidence, and a growth-oriented mindset—qualities she continues to nurture in her clients today.
Beyond her professional work, Tessa thrives in the company of like-minded women who share her dedication to self-development and wellness. She finds joy in travelling with her family, exploring new destinations, and staying active through activities like Pilates, dance and adventurous pursuits.
