I joined the family business to work with my father in 2016 and have since taken over the business as one of the few second generation distillers in Australia. I now
lead a team of fantastic people, in an industry where there aren’t many female distillers and
even less owner-distillers. Distilling has its physical and mental challenges but there’s
nothing in it that can’t be overcome. There is something truly holistic and creatively satisfying about distilling wine on-site to produce our own eau de vie, which is then used to produce our unique range of small batch, grape-based spirits. I’m passionate about promoting the Australian craft spirits industry and am a committee member of the Australian Distillers Association. When I’m not thinking or talking about the business which is my true passion, I’m going for walks along Safety Beach with my puppy. I’m interested in joining WiB MP to meet and connect with other likeminded passionate business women.
