As an executive assistant for 27 years, I’ve supported some of the world’s top leaders—CEOs, Chairs, thought leaders, and even a billionaire—managing high-pressure environments with grace and agility. My experiences taught me the critical importance of strategic partnerships in corporate success. Today, as founder of the Elite EA Academy, I train executive assistants to elevate their roles from transactional to strategic, saving executives up to 8 hours per week and driving organisational impact. My approach blends business acumen with wellbeing, ensuring EAs thrive without burnout.

Living on the Mornington Peninsula keeps me connected to nature, which is essential to balancing my career with my personal wellbeing. I’m passionate about creating supportive communities and joined WiB MP to contribute to fostering collaboration, empowerment, and growth for women in business. I aim to share my expertise and learn from others, helping us collectively thrive.

The biggest challenge I’ve faced was shifting from supporting executives to training others, but that leap to business ownership has been incredibly rewarding. Through keynote speaking, corporate training, and contributing to publications like Forbes Australia, I’ve expanded my reach, bringing a fresh perspective to a rapidly evolving world. I hope to bring this energy and experience to the WiB MP community.
