Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula, Kylie and her husband returned to the area in 2006 to raise their children and begin a new version of their Sunshine Coast tiling business here on the Peninsula. In 2021 they decided to take on a new challenge, rebrand and tackle the supply side of the industry. Not having any experience in the retail industry, Kylie chose to follow in the footsteps of their original business and focus on providing personalised service and developing an understanding of each clients wants and needs to help them achieve their goals. In addition, there have been ongoing health challenges with two of her four children.

While this has made juggling a business much more challenging, it has also motivated her. These experiences inspired a personal motivation to contribute back to the charities and organisations in the areas of mental health and Type 1 Diabetes. Kylie has taken on several personal challenges to raise awareness and fundraise in these areas and hopes to continue doing so.
