3MP stands for Mornington Peninsula, originally broadcasting from Frankston’s Bayside Shopping Centre in 1976. After several ownership changes, Easy Music 3MP is back !!! 3MP is heard on 1377 AM, DAB+ or streamed via 3mp.com.au. 3MP continues to play easy music and is dedicated to the Mornington Peninsula.

I have spent all of my career in radio.
I love the medium, l adore the community radio builds and the power radio has to connect people.
Most of all, l love being creative with radio airtime.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Journalism, l immediately started in radio and spent over 20 years as a Senior Account Manager with Melbourne's number radio one station - 3AW. I joined 3MP in September of 2020 when it returned to being a dedicated Mornington Peninsula station because l wanted to give back to my home, to integrate with the local community and to work and support local businesses. So l'm really excited about meeting new people and sharing with them what 3MP can offer the people of the Mornington Peninsula.
